Roo Jerky

Hi all. I haven't posted for ages but I have just moved to Sale in east gipsland from sunny WA. I am looking for someone to supply me with fresh roo meat to make into delicious roo jerky. In return for supplying me with the meat, I will return half of the dried weight to you in your choice of flavours. Roo meat is ideal for jerky as it has no fat but it is quite expensive, so, rather than resorting to pre tenderised road kill I thought I'd try you guys.My specialty is chilli, but I also do honey soy and peri peri. Also willing to have a crack at any flavour you might suggest. Here's hoping there's someone out there that can help. Cheers.

Yeah I am aware of that but one kilo of meat only makes around 250 grams of jerky and I could eat that in one fishing session. Just trying to find a tight rear end way of stuffing my face with yummy goodness😁 thanks anyway.
