New Team Daiwa BATTLER SERIES 2013

Anyone seen this yet had a quick look on the Daiwa Aus site and got excited when I saw this

looking at the features mentioned on that page I know what they are except X45, daiwa don't have it on their features list
Anyone know what X45 is?

Perhaps that's the reason why Daiwa AU doesn't bring out Steez baitcast rods anymore?

Ah and I see V joint. Hopefully there will be some highend 2pc baitcast rods.

Was thinking the same thing when I saw these if they build them to the quality of the steez range they should be quite nice hopefull they retail for under $450

Unlikely that they will be sub 450. Running AGS guides for one, and all the other Daiwa Blingy bits. My bet would be 550-650.

Will be interesting to see them in the flesh.

They've already stated they'll be the cheapest AGS version yet. Most stores sells the Gekka for 549.

IMHO it'll be a $500 rod. There is no bling on the rod at all.
