I thought I had another thread about leader size but cant find it....

Anyway, last trip I fished with 2 setups. One with 7lb fluro with 12lb bite leader and other with 14lb leader (flatty setups) and the bite leader outfished by a mile. I just deep water jigging and was catching everything on plastic, flatty, bream, trevally, flounder, worked a treat. Love that extra bit in insurance.

I also has to up my main line as when I got snagged, my 4lb nano was breaking before my Fg knot, my bite leader knot and my terminal blood knot. Up to 8lb nano and likin it
