Buzzbaits for Cod

No where sells decent buzzbaits for cod or I'm not looking hard enough online. Can anyone shed some light on some good companies in Aus that make a decent size buzzbait for Murray cod?

I'm also interested in anyone's thoughts about these for green fish. Are cod more inclined to hit a buzzbait swimming just under the surface opposed to a big surface lure on top?

Cheers, any info appreciated.

Matt

Hi Matt.
I don't think any of the big companies (smak, bassman etc.) make them in Aus. Best bet is to get one of decent lure builders to put one together who will do it custom for you. Try checking out Gobsmacked lures on facebook as I know he makes a good product and may be able to help.

Surface lures are much more effective..get yourself some large wake baits and walkers.
