Cretate magseal line roller
Hi guys....bought a used 2016 certate 2510pe-h.
Line roller jam up so try to service myself. 1) First, is the items orientation in correct order? 2) Magseal bearing is expensive, so i will buy normal ball bearing to replace it...is it ok? 3) If i use normal bearing, do i need to remove the 2 pcs of magnetic washers? Thanks for all expert advise. Last edited by bond; 07-03-2019 at 04:11 AM. |

Best option would be to replace the bearing set up with an original set however i get your drift with the price from Daiwa. Never had to replace one myself and not looking forward to when i have too.
If you replace with standard bearings i would loose the magnetic bearings and washers and keep the 2 spacers and end cap pieces. I would then take it to a bearing specialist and get them to measure exactly what you need to fill the vacant space keeping your fingers crossed all the time.
