Clearance Sale on 2015 Exists

Heads up, Tacklewarehouse in the US is clearing out 2015 exists at $329.99-369.99 USD! For a single reel it cost $41 for economy shipping or $43 (USD) for priority shipping, with delivery to Australia in the first few days of 2019, and didn't have to pay any US tax on top of it!

Merry Christmas, get spending!

you can usually get an extra 10% off by buying the gift cards at 10% off and paying with that

Was about to do that but the small print stated no international delivery available if giftcards are used.

You could always try using the Australia Post's ShopMate system, where they essentially provide a US-based shipping address that will then, for a fee, forward the mail onto you in Australia. Depends how much you're saving on the reel as their site says $35.70 for a 1.5kg package. Gotta get the free land shipping from Tacklewarehouse and take the longer wait of AusPost instead of the flat $43 US international priority shipping

If you have had a chance to use both just wondered how the 2015 exist compares to the 2012 exist. I've got the option of buying a used 2012 or a new 2015 without much difference ( less than $100) in price.

Good deal. That makes the new exist cheaper than the 2015 model from the USA.

Have just spooled up the new exist, but haven't had a play with previous models to be able to compare. Not sure how you've calculated the 2015 exist price but for a 2003 model from the US it would be approx $560 AUD (349.99+43 reel and postage) whereas Tacklewarehouse in Brissy is doing them starting at $636 AUD

Yep, true. I used the wrong exchange rate. Tried to order one from tacklewarehouse, put one in my basket. By the time I set up an account the stock was gone. Damn!.
