New Exist

When do you think Daiwa would drop this bomb.... I'm thinking it's a while off, they seem to already have the market by the balls for the moment
I think they're waiting to see if Zaion is marketable for high end gear
25xx size at under 200g, with mag drive??
Ceramics?
A man can dream

I really hope they build the thing from zaion and carbon fiber and make it match these -> http://daiwafishing.com.au/?page_id=10794

Ceramic parts would be fantastic, lighter weight, stronger less wear etc... Not sure why they haven't been using them for the last decade? May e the manafacturing process is too expensive?

I pretty much soiled myself when I saw the title of this thread lol
I reckon it'll be out at the end of the year.
No mag seal and just a pinch a zaion would be alright I guess

and more brittle and definitely noisier if used in bearings. You're right about the benefits though. likely to be more expensive as well just based on comparing ceramic and steel BBs.

I predict the new Exist to receive the same improvements that the Certate did. In other words it should have:

-Magnesium Body
-12 or more bearings
-Improved Digigear (like the 2010 Certate)
-MagSeal with Zaion Rotor
-ABS II
-Ultimate Tournament Drag
-Real Stopper

Only a prediction, but hopefully our questions will be answered at this years Osaka Tackle Show.

The AGS system has been out for sometime mate in the EGI market in Japan. They will be light but i dont understand why they dont use K guides in the higher stuff.I dont understand the market here to be honest.Whats the pint of going lighter i think they need to stop line wrap.I think its a gimick to be honest.
I think the EGI rods in Japan were priced at 5 to 6 hundred so if its less than that ill eat my jox.I dont understand diawa they dont let you know how heavy a rod is aswell.I think they are dazed but hey who am i.
