But once I get the dimensions custom fitted - I'm sure mine will not only rival theirs - but as a bonus - it will be far superior

I plan to jigsaw it from a single sheet - The double armrests and gut cavity should make things a little more comfy.

I leave it like this for a few days and see if any glitches come up - but so far, so far so good.

For a man with your skill set - I would imagine that would be particularly easy to replicate.

Just grab a table from hard rubbish and rip into it with a jigsaw.

Or you can just borrow my idea and screw a sheet of ply over the top of an existing table and do a jig-saw custom fit

i was looking for a heavy duty container for my safety gear for my tinny as i go off shore a bit and couldn't find anything so i made my own .

now off shore in a tinny you cop a pounding a lot so i padded it with closed cell foam to protect things .
