Hi crew

I am from SW WA and very new to Bream Fishing from a Kayak on soft plastics. Below is a link to my Vid of my first catch. So stoked 😁

Well done mate!

I worked on the power house at Worsley Alumina as a young steel erector in the early 80's and lived in Brunswick Junction. I used to fish for maron with a bunch of Collie cowboys and for those lovely black bream in the Collie River.

The little SW corner of WA is God's own country and the only reason I left was my son was born in '83 and all our family was in the east.

Wish I was still there!

That's awesome! I've wanted to go back and have a look for year and reckon I should now!

I've been lucky enough to catch a few Bream on SP's but I caught my first Bream on a HB, a little Berkley PowerBlade on Saturday ... all 150mm of him! Ah, hahaha!

Also I haven't fished for WA bream before, but maybe slow the retrieve down a bit. Especially in winter. Looking forward to the next vid!
