I see myself more as a Steve Jobs/Elon Musk type character. Except.... not only do I have awesome ideas - I've also got the hands on skills to also make the prototype

I might hand retail sales onto to someone better suited to the task

Gave the Sliding ones a run at Port Ferry in the weekend - bread crumb and tuna oil in the cage - and chicken chunks marinated in tuna oil and salt for bait.

Got trevally, king george whiting, bream and mullet.

As soon as the burley runs out - the bights dry up - I'll be giving it another crack.

Haha - Yeah one innovation just steams into the next and having a "100 bag" of "ali express" "chupa chup sticks" means the innovations can flow without hurting the hip pocket.

I was running low on beads and I figured I dont need beads in all the scenarios I use them.

I mainly use them to stop my "rubber line stops" passing through or getting wedged in my floats.

So I holed punched a plastic milk carton - sharpened a thin bit of wire and stabbed them through. The wire leaves a neat little hole - Too easy

Galvanized wire should.

P.s. can also run the wire through the sinker before smashing it with a hammer

If you're fishing an urban river - there can be no better camouflaged float than the rough cut polystyrene that naturally occurs in urban water ways😉

It wont win any long casting competitions but the fish are so used to bits of white foam floating down my creek, that it should fit right in😉
