What? How? and When?

G'day Breammasters - I thought it might be interesting to take a snap shot of what every ones currently chasing - bait or lures

What was the very last fish you caught - what did it take - and how long ago was it?

I'll start

20cm redfin

5cm "ali express" paddle tail plastic (green) - 1/16th Jighead (ball head)

Nice one Mark - I'd be happy slinging that Jig any day or night.

Closest 5cm paddle tail in black and gold I could find is this unit.

Not quite the same bargain (35 less plastics in the pack and still more expensive) and slightly different shape - but they are black and gold

I got a bulk buy of snaps a couple of years ago - he doesnt sell them anymore.

They are alot stronger than the breaking strain suggests - but I use the little ones for light leaders and the bigger ones for everything else.

A kind member did send me a heap of nice snaps but I'm still working my way through the cheapies

Have you ever caught a pink with a lure already in its mouth down there - I reckon if it was going to happen anywhere in Melbourne, it would be around those poles

Couple of nice fish there Mr and Mrs Sevric.

For the record my last fish caught was a luderick, taken on a weed fly and 8 weight rod.

Awesome - I've never tried trolling for Jewies - those beasts would definitely have you enthusiastic about future sessions

My current go to jewie lures are these 13 cm sebile magic swimmers with an extra 4cm of custom, "ali express" wiggle
