There's a Johshuya in Shinjuku. I haven't been but my sister went to a Joshuya and brought me back some OSP lures.

Directions according to Google maps:

Went there last year, visited the Joshuya store in Shinguku it's a bit like DohDohDoh. Get on the train and go to Shibuya (not far) and you will find a better Joshuya store and Sansui which is a bit more boutique. Allow yourself plenty of time because the range of gear is mind boggling.

Shibuya is famous for having the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world, amazing how orderly it is, only in Japan.

Yep as Bretetec has said head over to Shibuya stn. There is Johshuya Jumbo right near the station, a Tackleberry literally around the corner and a couple of Sansui stores within walking distance. There is also another Johshuya a short walk away.

Random tip - I found having a smartphone a godsend when travelling in Japan. Find the locations of everywhere you want to go before you leave and save them into Google Maps/Apple Maps.

Also make sure you download Hyperdia, an indispensable app for travelling on Japan's trains/subways. You can get almost anywhere using public transport in Tokyo.

After you've done your shopping I recommend heading over to Genki Sushi. Each seat has a screen/tablet which you use to order your food... which then gets delivered by conveyor belt directly to your seat. Good fun and relatively cheap too.

That is what I used but I only had time for Johshuya and Tackleberry
I think I spent half the day or more in those two shops

just got back a from japan yesterday, I have been a few times on the hunt for tackle after work commitments are done and hit 6 shops on Thursday afternoon,

basically you really only need to hit Joshuah Shibuya (and the tackleberry that is literally around the corner)

all the other stores I visited are smaller and didn't really offer anything new/different,
