In a way I wish we could trust a Chinese braider with our formula then it would be a lot cheaper to produce but like everyone else I haven't seen much of anything come out of there with any sort of quality.

Nylon inherently absorbs water i think ill stick to fluro but it wouldn't hurt trying it its got a great price point.

Dan parted ways with Tasline (NZ braiding company) last year I believe. They were having their braid made in Europe. Not sure about the FB closure, try here:

Interesting to see that Tasline was only supplying 20lb and up to SAS.

"Just to clarify Tasline only supplied the 20lb and up lines to SAS Braid not the lighter lines which were sourced from Korea. We will be introducing lighter lines in the medium term ourselves."

That might explain why there were so many issues with the fine SAS but not the heavier lines.
