Positions available in new Tackle/Cafe in Sale, Vic
Hi guys

i wish i lived down that way as id jump at it as i know a fair bit about the lakes especially around the seacombe/hollands landing areas

Hi Lewa,
We are aiming for opening on the 13th June. Junior, The shop will be located at 308 York St, Sale. It is the old federation weatherboard building, opposite the Toyota dealership, used to be a restaraunt and at one stage sold motorcycle clothing or something. We are either looking for one full-time, or two to three part-timers. We are planning on opening early most mornings, particularly weekends, and staying open until around 6pm weekdays and weekends will depend a bit on demand. We are thinking around 3pm close on the weekends. Ther may also be some evenings when we will be hosting fishing workshops on everything from fly tying, to boat safety, sustainable fishing, and product demonstration nights. Staff will need local knowledge on fishing and we will train them on the cafe side, so they will end up with an extra skill they can take anywhere in the world. One of the most important things we will be looking for is a happy, caring disposition, with the ability to be able to talk to complete strangers and put them at ease, so that they come back again.
