2019 Stella SW.... eh???

So, apparently Shimano are doing some sort of update to the current Stella SW???

Still very glad I got myself the silver and gold 08' Stella SW just on an aesthetic basis, and wish they would bring back the styling of the FD to the smaller sizes. Absolutely fell in love with the sleek curves as opposed to the rigid lines and sharp points/corners of the newer models

I bet this one still get hot as hell my old 18000 couldn’t be touched after pulling in a big fish. The only reel I’ve hated

2017 SW. The spool got so hot when fighting a big fish you couldn’t palm it, it got that hot. Then when retrieving at high speed it started to make noises. I was told it was a common problem from miss use “WTF” always washed and sprayed with reel lube like the shop told me to do. Ended up selling it and the rod
