New (I think) Luvias DA Custom models

Noticed these new reels up on the Daiwa site .... I think it might be a new model Luvias ? Anyone seen one in the flesh?

just picked up a new 09/10 daiwa catalogue and it only has the luvi DA in it, no origional silver one.
so id say it has been replaced by the DA.

I bought a new Luvi last month too. You still see 2007-2007 models in stores so hopefully they will be around for a while. Otherwise il just have to get a Steez or an Exist In my dreams lol

"DA" meaning "Daiwa Australia", hopefully not at their request I've more admiration that they have actually got some paint to stick to that plastic frame Pig ugly reel, just smells bad and looks like a Tierra ... no offence Tierra!!!! Best thing they could do is actually start selling the 2004 models and actually having stock of the RCS components!!!

i browse through the new catalog and pretty much all the new models are blue? specs are probably still the same, dont know about the price range but assuming that Daiwa is making it affordable for fisher.

why all the blue daiwa's??? i only own daiwa reels and i love the look off most of the reels but am sick of blue.....
What happined to the nice shinny silver and gold reels ??? There all getting replaced with blue ugly reels.
BRING BACK THE FLASH SHINNY COLOURS....

Maybe they should change all the blue reels to the metalic paint like the ema's
I will be purchasing a silver luvias as a spare if they only stock the blue ones.
