Yeah someone needs to sort that out - I also used super glue which doesnt smell anywhere near as bad- Its loctite precision which claims to be "resistant to moisture" I havent noticed any trouble with it dissolving in water but my snatchers probably wouldnt fall apart if it did.

I used to use gorilla super glue to stick eyes to jighead and that holds very well in fresh and salt

But I'm no fly tier - and dont really know what I'm talking about when it comes to super glue and water

I haven't used that particular one, no. It does look like good value, although the shipping costs and the conversation rates would make it less attractive. Many of the companies in the US charge an arm and a leg for postage.

The thing I look for in a UV glue is that it doesn't yellow too much over time. I have some older flies that I tied using one of the first UV glues and they have yellowed badly.

I'd hate to have to go back to using two part epoxy resin after using UV glue. You simply can't beat it for convenience.

Doh! I thought the guy in the video clip had an American accent.

That makes it much more interesting indeed.

Are they producing a genuine gloss finish resin yet?
