Gold Coast Bream Series RD 3 Results + TOS Results

25 Teams and 46 anglers showed up to a wet and windy Gold Coast to fish the 3rd and final round of the Gold Coast Bream Summer Series held from Tight Lines Tackle at Paradise Point on Sunday.
Most teams were finding the bite hard throughout the day Team Yo Bro & Gamakatsu /Atomic had a amazing day catching a huge amount of the fish in the Runaway Bay Canal area fishing out of their Triton Boats to secure a tie for first place closely followed by Team Go Camping to round out the top three.

Congratulations to Team Diztek- Darren Borg and Liz on taking out the Summer Series Team Of The Series, team Gamakatsu/Atomic Zac and Nigel Skyring not only secured equal 2nd place in the series but also took out the Lowrance / Simrad $500 Bonus voucher to spend on any Navico product, the team currently run a Lowrance HDS 7 Touch with the Scan kit on the Helm and a Lowrance HDS 5 on the bow and said they would never rely on any other brand to catch them the fish.

The Winter series will start in May so jump onto the Gold Coast Bream Series facebook page for more info.

A pic of a couple from my winning bag of 2.72 kgs from Round 3 of the Gold Coast Bream Series. Awesome day with all my fish falling for Atomic Bream Shads. 1st place for the day and 2nd place for the series, stoked.
Thanks Scott for a great series and looking forward to the Winter rounds.

Was only our second comp and we made a last minute decision to long haul it down to lake intrepid which unfortunately (moreso due to angler skill ) didn't pay off!

Looking forward to more of this series as it's always a good day
