New spin stick needed

Ok the time has come for my right ass to splash out on a new rod. My old Abu Barra Basher is almost 10 and the feet of two of the guides has completely rusted through (blank is still ok).
It will be matched to a Smoke 50 Inshore 6ft 4-6kg and used to throw plastics and vibes from 1/2oz to 1 1/2oz. This rod was a great it did everything.

So what are people using these days

Get yourself a Gen Black Beowulf. It's rated at way heavier than what your asking for, but it's easily the most versatile rod I own. and will be perfect for throwing plastics of that size.

Rebuild not an option?
Or just simply ready for a change?

Thanks SF I’ll take a look at them.
CK I’ll put new guides on it at some stage but I haven’t brought a new rod or reel for years so figured I’d treat myself

So I ended biding my time and I got this gem, for the price I couldn’t pass it up.
I did use my brothers beowulf a few times and it’s nice but this is just a little better imo and for almost the same money.

They're a pretty good stick, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Thought I was the only one who thought so!
My only complaint would be I found the tips a little brittle. Couldn't tell you how many I snapped an inch or so from the end.
