Thanks fellas! It was my final assessment for tradeschool and the design of blueprints they gave me were pretty poor, so I drew my own, made it 100% different and twice the size and the teacher loved it and let me make it

Unless I whip out the old "Rack Dacks" from a misspent youth, (Ages 11 to 11 and 2 months) there's no way I could stretch the budget to name brand batteries. Stretching the elastic on the "Rack Dacks" would be a minor miracle in itself

large-ish batteries, very small motor with very little work load.

What brand is that mount - theres got to be a youtube vid showing how the pro's install it - I would have just done the ones that are hard to reach with self tapping screws but I know you have your reasons

Its a slayer but the tracks are bolted into three brass threaded lugs molded into the actual plastic. They dont go through, so they aren't fastened from the other side. Check the picture on my phone you can see the lobes that have the brass nuts in them, as well as my through bolts.

As its Sunday and there could be a few roasts getting cooked - I thought I'd add this tip.

Before you put the potatoes in the oven - thoroughly boil them and add garlic and rosemary to the water they are being boiled in.

Once they've been roasted they'll be crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle - but more importantly the garlic and rosemary will have infused all the way through the spuds.

I dont cut them like the recipe though - those sharp cuts turn in to razors that will cut the roof of your mouth if you're a fast eater

Use dripping (animal fat) not vegetable oil this will improve your roast potatoes /vegies 300% to 10000% and get a nice crispy crust. If you are worried about your waist line maybe you should stick to kale, tofu, quinwaaarrr
