I'm so keen to see these! Any idea on dvd price yet or is it too early to tell?

Hopefully they use some of the theme music from this;

Hi Guys

Thanks again for the positive feedback on series 1. We are improving with each episode we make and feel really confident that series 2 will really impress people. Josh has a great nack of matching the footage to awesome music which will continue into series 2. At this stage the DVD will be the entire series 1 with extra footage which will be roughly 7 hours of viewing for I think about $34.95.

It will be available through the vic bream website and hopefully some tackle stores will pick it up for us.

Cheers
Bill

The best music in a fishing show on TV that's for sure. Hopefully season 2 will see a bit more variety, not that what's on now isn't good, but some tropical species or offshore work would be great to watch. Jigging for kings, chasing tuna, marlin work, popping for trevally etc. etc. It's all good, although maybe a bit expensive.

Keep up the good work.

HI Mate

Yeah Series 2 will see us move around a little more. Chasing Barra, Saratoga, Trevally, sailfish, jew etc off Darwin.
Bass fishing in QLD and a host of other cool stops.

I want to try and do things that the average punter can get out and do as king jigging charters and mother ship charters while good are out of reach for most anglers out there.

Depends where you go. You should have seen The Colours off Sydney recently, basically boats everywhere all jigging their hearts out. From bigger offshore rigs to little tinnys. Good kings to be had as well.

When the kings turn up on the reefs, everyone wants to jig them up. Maybe some of the ones further out, like 12 Mile, are a bit of a stretch for the guy with a tinny, but it still gets packed. They're still fairly close in the scheme of things, considering what you can do with a boat these days.

Can't wait for the bass, I heard there are some monsters up in the Qld dams and impoundments. Good luck, hopefully you can get some good footage.

If you are going to look into kingy jigging give Scott Thorrington a call. Everyone I know who heads out with him comes back satisfied, he is the man for kingy jigging around Sydney/Central Coast. Good luck with it all!

You serious? A guitar solo every time someone hooks up would help make it more family orientated.

I couldnt agree more, With bill hosting the bream classics, ive watched series one atleast 100 times ( sad i know ) . Series one catptures what the vast majority of us like to chase. southern sport fish. Id love to see the next series follow the bream classics again. With social sessions as bill likes to call them chasing a host of species that we all have access too.

Keep up the great work mate.

Thanks mate.

Trying hard to get series 2 off the ground but have hit a little hurdle in sourcing the funds from sponsors to get the show up again. It seems there are just too many punters out there that go and buy a cheap HD camera and think they can produce and host a fishing show. They ask for basically nothing off sponsors to be a major sponsor which makes it very different for the shows that have high production value to get the genuine funding required off sponsors to produce a quality show and not a backyard one.

Not giving up though we'll get there eventually.
Cheers
Bill

Gday Bill.

Have you tried getting some funding from the sponsors of each day 1 leading team, as you know the cameraman goes onto the leaders boat for day 2 so surely some $$$ for the exposure the sponsor will get if it airs would be incentive?

I know some teams are unsponsored and others for various reasons may decline but it'd be worth a shot.
