Baito rod holder for flat concrete

Its a fairly niche product but this concrete problem does occur regularly in Urban areas.

There are a couple of improvements I could make like rubberized feet and securing the brick - but it works fine as it is

How bout a 20 litre gyprock bucket with the press on lidfull of water with some 50mm pipe rodholders duct taped on???

Yeah I remember testing a water filled 20l bucket but it was much tippier than I expected - especially with an 8ft rod acting as a lever - it could be done with very light drag settings - but sometimes I keep my drags stiff
