Chief that collection is sensational I'm jealous of your Crankas I plan to add their lineup to my collection next.

Also I can see what you mean about having larger Minnow lures. Haha they are monsters I love it. Also do you spray your lures with Lannox? How do you spray them exactly? Also what's the diff between Innox and Lannox?

Thanks for posting Chief love the collection. When the mrs complains at how silly it is to have this many I can show her this thread and say It's perfectly normal to have this amount of lures!

Win!

Chief mine will be going off now that I recently landed a decent job. I'll stick with a fair 1 lure purchase per day.

I don't know what it is I just really enjoy having them. Much like any other collection I guess.

Thanks for info about the Spray I'll check em out.

Hell yeah Todd I'm loving the Crankas. Cheers for contributing mate.

Might turn this into a contribution thread.

Guys Post your Lure collections and how they're stored. Also if you like maybe you can mention what you do to them for storage such as spraying with Innox/Lannox or just simply a freshwater wash after use.

This is a great topic you might discover some lures that look interesting and in turn contact the user owning them for info.

I was gonna start a thread like this but never got around to it.

Your in a similar situation to me Joel. I just finished my apprenticeship so I actually get a decent wage now.

I love having them, don't like loosing them. It's so addictive it's unbelievable! Now I know what works I'm buying double because what if i loose it and it's working well on the day!

Hey Youngfisherman that ain't bad considering your still "young"

Some nice collections there fellers!

If you're serious about using inox or wd40 is another one. Don't bother buying it in a can, it gets to expensive and you waste a lot to. Buy a 4 or 6 or 10 litre container and an empty spray bottle. Get another container and hang your lures over the top to catch the overspray and drips and you can then fill the spray bottle back up when it fills up a bit.

Cheers

Thank you all for helping me:
1. to continue to justify my spending on lures
2. for the pictures / advice on how to keep them in good working condition
... and lastly but not the least
3. Chief you have some lovely D Clutches in your collection. My favourite at the moment

Hi guys,
joelozzy just one question here, what is your fav lure out of your collection.

Also if you had to choose what lure would you pick between-

- strke pro pygmy
- ecogear mx minnow
- atomic hardz bream shad or cranks shad.

Just wanted to know because that's the situation I'm in, if I had a choice I'd buy them all

I'd go the atomic crank

Hey fisho thanks for the question.

That's a tough one cause to tell you the truth out of all the lures that I have I've probably swam maybe 10% of them not even

My favourites would have to be my blades. So specifically the ZX35 and VX35. You can't see them too well in the picture actually but I have an absolute heap of them. Main reason is cause I love the feel of the vibration they give off when working them. You develop a sense of how they are working underwater and exactly how fast or slow they are moving/vibrating.

As for your three choices the Strike Pro Pygmies I believe perform similarly or just as well as the SX40's. The Ecogear MX Minnows are alot of fun and can be jerked or slow rolled. The atomic hardz and Crank Shadz are fairly similar I would say pick which colours you prefer out of their ranges. If I had to choose one it would be the Cranka shad cause I don't have any
