In the cheaper range I could go either way.

What??? why dont you get the Fuego?? is it gone?? If its still there you would be crazy to pass it up. The quality is so much better than a $200.00 brand spanker

Cheers
Chris

Go to a shop and have a feel of a Luvias DA, identical reel internally, just has a different colour scheme. Go for the Fuego A, for that money you can't get a better Daiwa brand new from the shops.

Trust me I have used all the daiwa ranged and owned more than 40 daiwa reels. Dont miss it mate. its worth twice the reels you can afford and will stay smooth for years with care.

Its the luvias with a paint job.

Cheers
Chris

daiwa fuego from the states is still value for money.last time i check,1500 n 1000 still available.at about AUD $150 each, try to buy in lots of 2 or more as the shipping charges is around $35 for 1 or $50 for 7.
whatever you do,keep the value under 1k.last time i dig into em,they're around $130 each with discount and work out $140 each shipped.
