Those last two look good, one question, are you casting parallel to the rockwall?

Haha. If I were you i'd keep casting parallel to the rockwalls with your atomic crank, just slow roll it along the wall. You could even get yourself a vibe like the Cranka vibe and just cast along the rockwall, let it sit, a slow lift and repeat.

I'd try getting some ecogear grass minnows (large size) and worm hooks for fishing that harbor area. Cast them in close along all the pontoons and wind them along the surface with a constant wind and watch those hungry bream from under the pontoons come racing for the lure. As soon as you see a big wake behind the lure 'kill it' and let it slowly drop, 9 times out of 10 when you start winding again a few seconds later you will have a fish on. Check some you tube vids for the exact technique but in that sort of area as long as you cast near the pontoons you have an excellent chance mate.

thats an interesting one, the only problem i was having with the pontoons was i can only get to some of them, and the pontoons in the canals all had ropes around them so it wasnt easy to get a lure in close without hookin a rope

That's a big advantage of the pink grub, you rig it weedless on a worm hook (size 6 works well), they skip like crazy so you can do a nice skip cast up under the ropes. Bream that live under roped off pontoons always seem a little keener to hit surface aswell, I guess not too many people cast back there so they are easier to trick IMO.

They will still work fine, just a little harder to get a good casting distance on them.

They both go fine. You got more than enough lures mate, just have faith in what you have and just keep at it. You will definitely catch a few good bream with the lures you got. Try targeting in the evening, I find that most productive.

Yeah they do, I was talking more like sunset kind of time, fish an hour either side of sunset, that is when I find they are most active. During the day is normally fairly unproductive for me, having said that there still are a few around.
