Tackle Warehouse - how much for postage?

I tried doing a dummy order to get the postage charges but I would have had to fill in all these forms - so I thought I'd ask here.

Roughly how much postage would they charge for 5 packs of plastics.

Immediately after posting the photo in this thread I noticed the green "live chat" option.

Question answered

"fishingtackleshop" aka ocean storm tackle aka the tackleshop in shellharbour NSW.

Offers live chat that is never online, owner has some of the most terrible customer service and people skills i have seen. I drive an extra hour round trip just to avoid the terribleness when i need something from a tackleshop.

If the major retailers in aus had even 1 person manning these between business hours 5 days a week. The amount of sales that would be made would be considerable to say the least. Having a question answered about a product in a chat, goes a long way to bridging the customer service gap between online and instore. I know plenty of times if i could of asked and got an answer about an item within 5-10 minutes i would have made many more purchases online.

It's 10USD unregistered or more if you want to go courier (30USD off the top off my head). I use the ten dollar option and haven't had an issue

I've had the opposite experience
Online chat was great and had my answers questioned

Been down to the store a few times as I regularly fish the Illawarra and had no issues

Yeah I tried the "live chat" option for a laugh thinking there is no way anyone will answer - seconds later my jaw dropped. Not Bad

If you don't mind waiting 2 weeks for it, I think 'world mail' is like $12.50, and only if you keep the order under us$75 and some certain weight.
