Well went out over the weekend testing the new prototype plastics on another Melbourne Metro waterway and even though the tides weren't great I managed to land some nice specimens on the new Enticer Crabs even with the plain coloured samples.
Best fish went 38TTT.

We will receive the final colour samples this week and we can't wait to see them in the flesh!

Here's the packaging for the new Strike Pro Enticer Crabs.

Moulded trays to make sure each plastic is perfect straight out of the pack and large windows front and back so you can clearly see the product.

Hi all BM Members,

Here's some great tips in regards to rigging that we found during testing.

RIGGING TIPS with ENTICER CRABS

We recommend when rigging the Enticer Crab range with Standard Jigheads that you use a Strike Pro Enticer Pro Series Jighead in size#4 in 1/12 to 1/24oz.
We found these just the perfect size for rigging as they fitted the Carapace perfectly out of all Standard Jighead we tried and hook up rate was exceptional.
(SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED BELOW)

You can also use HWS in Size #2 hooks in 1/40oz and heavier for a slower drop for fishing around Pontoons, Jetties etc.
This slowed the sink rate by 1/2 compared to a Standard Jighead and they planed perfectly without spinning and fell perfectly on the drop.

You can also rig them with a W-Hook and this really slows the sink rate right down. You can then Texas or Carolina rig them with this hook if weight is required.

To use the Crab in a stand up strike pose use Gamakatsu Cobra 29 Jigheads or Gamakatsu Round 211 Heads
this gave the Crab a pose of the claws sitting up right with the rear sitting on the bottom in a defensive attack pose.

Also as the Enticer Crab is Neutral Buoyant and floats you can even use 90°Jighead hooks Un-Weighted
over the top of Oyster Racks, Weed beds, Log Jams and Structure and fish it on or near the surface.

So all in all this superb new Enticer Soft Plastic Crab is a very versatile lure that can be used in many situations.

We hope this helps anglers out and that they enjoy using the Enticer Crabs as much as we have during the Design and Testing Process.

Kind Regards,
Rick

Here's a great shot showing the Olive Crab under UV Light.

There are a number of the Enticers Soft Plastic range that feature UV.
We will do a series of videos soon showing
How to Rig (Including all Rigging Options)
How the Lure looks Underwater with each Rigging Option
How to Fish and actual Fishing.

Black Crab and Red Claw where working well for me.

I haven't wet a line for 6 weeks and it will probably be another 6 weeks before I get a chance.
I broke my ankle quite severely so I'm out of action at the moment

Just got a pack of these and the grubs and had a play with the crab. They look amazing in the water and the leg action on the drop is amazing. They shimmer and give it a real life like action. Had to come on here as i wasnt rigging them right and saw the comprehensive instructions above. Well done. I also like how they dont have that oily feel to them.

No they don't have that oily feel but the are Scent Impregnated with a Crab Scent.
You will notice when you wiff one that the Scent is quiet strong!
