stinger hooks for bream

hey guys just wondering has anyone ever tried putting stinger hooks in gulp shrimp or any other bream plastics me and my mate were fishing the kayaks today and did not get a bream in the yak on a plastic they just repeatedly kept getting off so i was thinking maybe a stinger would help but i have no idea on how to put them in without making the plastic spin or make it look out of whack any advice?

A mate put me onto some mosquito hooks (which are very small) and a short piece of fluro conntects it to the mainline. I embedd in the bottom of the shrimp.

yep Mozzie hooks, $2.95 from Mo tackle for 10 or size 14 decoy trebles.
stick two of the three barbs into the plastic, leaving 1 hang low.

good luck,

Have a look at the Gama G-stingers looped onto the hook after youve rigged the plastic.
