I had that yammy on my 4.2 Explorer Trophy, pinged along and a great donk, but I would certainly look at a 40hp 4 stroke, no comparison on fuel and the ability to auto trim would be a god send. Certainly the upgrade i spent many an hour considering. Even the extra weight would have made my boat ride sweeter.
