NEW Exist 2018

I've mentioned it before here. New Exist was due for imminent release. I haven't seen anything about it yet unless I've missed so I'm calling it but I could be full of DohDohDohDoh and this couple simply be a clickbait ploy to generate traffic in Breammaster.

Expected early 2018 release. Apparently it's even smoother than the previous Exist. Like the Certate and Morethan it will have Silent Oscillation III which I was told causes the improved smoothness. The Exist will also have monocoque body but I don't know which sizes or possibly all sizes. I have no pictures at the moment.

Ignoring the clickbait part...

Since Daiwa released "LT" series updates to some cheaper models (3000 Ballistic LT is 185 g  ), what will happen with new Exist and Luvias (and later Certate)?

1025 Exist less than 150 g?:cool::p

Giving this thread a poke

Anyone had a spin on one yet?

I didn’t catch many bream over Easter so I need a new reel ;)

Any word on release dates for the smaller sizes?

Nagz

A friend of mine got one about a month ago, the 3000 is the same size as the old 2500 and is very nice in the hand. He is now waiting for his 1000 size to arrive

Anyone out there used the LT2500 yet? (Just the standard model none of that fancee high speed stuff)

Only played with them in a shop. Unbelievably smooth and light. Hard to believe you actually are turning the handle. Waiting for a 1000 size to arrive for my trout setup.

Yes only held the 1000 size so far. Nice reel, felt smooth and solid. Seems everyone in Qld is sold out of the 2500 but no one is talking about them.

Who has stock of the 1000, and at what price? Thanks.

I honestly wasnt that impressed with it.
yeah its light and its smooth to wind, but after hearing what other have said about it i was expecting a lot more.
granted it was new so would need some bedding in etc, but the reel handle wouldn't even wind down on its own if let go from just off TDC. for an expensive reel i thought that wasnt good enough:D

The handle is 50% lighter and the main gear is larger. Regardless, i simply dont get why this bogus measure of a reel would even be a consideration. The handle doesnt turn itself?????? Maybe thats what the thing attached to the end of its supposed to do........

Or maybe Tanacom is more your speed :)
