Fillet knives

Hey fellas.

After ordering some kershaws off a dodgy website and them never showing up. Just thought i would ask what everyone is using

brand for starters?
Curved blades?
straights blades?
Separate skinnng knife
separate boning knives etc.

I fish predominantly offshore in summer pelagics such as mackeral dolphinfish wahoo.
A few snapper and tuskfish etc in winter.
Cant go past a feed of fresh fish

Purely catch and release in estuaries rivers etc.

Money isnt really an issue as long as im getting a top quality knife which will obviously last a long time.

Thanks in advance
Luke

Black Magic - affordable, made in Japan, sharpen well and hold a great edge.
My local tackle guy also moonlights as a roo shooter and swears by them;)
